15 Minute Plaid and Lace Infinity Scarf FREE Tutorial:

This scarf is a fun combination of two plaid flannel fabrics paired with some pretty crochet lace. The lace makes such a great contrast with the flannel! 

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 yard two different plaid flannels
  • 1/2 yard wide crochet lace
  • 1/2 yard thin crochet lace

Sorry to be a pedant but that is not crochet lace. It’s a machine made copy of bobbin lace and is far more suitable for this pretty scarf than crochet lace would be for an item which will need to be washed at intervals. Crochet lace would curl up into a little ball and need teasing and stretching back into shape every time whereas machine lace (or handmade bobbin lace) is much better tempered and may not even need pressing unless the rest of the scarf does too. Just a tweak will make it beautiful again.
