Turning an ordinary cushion into a box cushion is very easy to do. The process is exactly the same as making boxed corners for a bag.

What you’ll need:

• 1 m cotton fabric
• fusible interfacing
• a boxed cushion or piece of foam
• 4 m piping cord  
• bias binding if you don’t want to make your own strips
