This adorable baby bubble skirt is easy to make, easy to wear, with a soft elastic waistband and a liner underneath.

Materials:

*This is for a 3-6 mo. size skirt.

18″ of soft 1 1/2 inch elastic
1/4 yard of cotton fabric
22 inch by 5 inch cotton knit fabric (from a T-shirt or just get 1/4 a yard if buying by the bolt)
