This is my perfect jeans blouse, made in silk crape, elastic sleeves, slit collar, and hi-low hem. It is an elegant yet casual blouse that can be worn under a jacket. It can be the perfect blouse for work or dinner; worn on its own, or it could be the perfect casual chic top to get you through the day.

Materials:

• 1 1/2 to 2 yards of silk crape woven fabric
• thread to match
• 1 yard of 3/8″ elastic
• 2 yards of 1/2″ bias tape or make your own
