Orchard Quilt Pattern – jelly roll, layer cake, or fat quarters
Orchard is Allison’s favorite of the new quilts she made for her recent fabric line. It’s easy and versatile — you can make it using a jelly roll, a layer cake, or fat quarters. She used a jelly roll of Honeycrisp for this version and left out most of the prints with white backgrounds. The big blocks (and no sashing strips!) make this one easy to put together. Plus the easy pressing directions help you get those seams to nest and match up nicely.
Big-block quilts are the right call when you want a finished top in a weekend — less piecing, more progress.
