Materials:

• 1 1/2 yards of 54″(minimum) dark linen, silk, or rayon fabric
• black elastic thread to match
• 1 to 1 1/2 yards of 1/2″ wide black elastic (your waist size minus 2″)
• thread to match

• scissors
• serger
