The Cover girl bag tutorial is pretty simple and includes steps on making an organizer which you open and close. Also included is another method of sewing recessed zipper. You can choose the one that suits you best.

Materials needed:

1 yard exterior fabric (I recommend using the checkered fabric or something bold like chevron)
1 yard lining fabric
½ yard accent fabric
1 yard light- weight fusible interfacing
1 yard heavy- weight fusible interfacing
15” zipper in your exterior color
8” zipper matching the exterior fabric
4 metal rings (opening should be able to accommodate 1” strap)
