Fabric:
1/4 yard for the sleeve and bib
1/4 yard for the tie
1/2 for the ruffle and bodice
1/2 for the skirt
Cotton or linen work great. Avoid stretchy knits.
Coordinating thread
Buttons
Lace trim: I used eyelet lace trim.
Heat and bond
