HI, Wonder about the waistband in the picture, but no instructions for adding it. It seems the instructions simply fold fabric over around waist after elastic added? But I would like to add the waistband shown in the picture of the bottom with small ruffles around leg opening.
What measurements do you recommend to cut out for the waistband, size medium or large? thanks
