This wool skirt pattern is pretty easy to make and here's a step-by-step tutorial for you. It is a basic gathered skirt with a waistband. The sash around the waist is the extra part that gives it style. You can have the tie on the side or middle, where ever you would like.

• 1 to 1 1/2 yards of thin wool fabric
• 1 1/2″ elastic
