The One Square Tote FREE Sewing Tutorial
You can never have enough reusable shopping bags, and the One Square Tote is an easy sewing project even for beginners. Make four bags from one cut of 60” (150 cm) fabric with no waste or upcycle a bedsheet for lots of bag-making fabric! This bag has lovely French seams on the inside and lots of options for customization!
Materials needed:
- 75 x 75 cm (30 x 30″) square of fabric (cut from a sheet or other fabric source)
- 20 x 25 cm (7 ¾ x 10″) piece of fabric for the pocket (optional)
- 16 cm (6 ¼”) long zipper, measured between zip stops, for pocket (optional)
- Iron
- Rotary cutter, quilting cutter and cutting mat
