What you'll need:
- Fabric of your choice
- Some interfacing
- Elastic (the length of elastic is your waist measurement minus 4 inches/10 centimeters
- Scissors, pencil or fabric marker, ruler, pins
- Sewing machine or needle and thread

I believe if you open the pdf file with Adobe Reader you will be able to select the layers option. All the layers (sizes) will then be shown. Then you click on all of the sizes you do not want, leaving your size only. Then you can print it and only your size will print.
