Kids quickly outgrow their pants and also rip holes in the knees. But instead of throwing them out, try turning them into super easy shorts with an optional pocket! It’s really simple and only takes about 15 minutes!

Materials:

• Pants that fit in the waist
• Collapsible sleeve ironing board (optional but recommended)
• Iron
• Fabric shears
• Ruler or sewing gauge
• Pins, needle, thread
