- 1 1/2 yards of lightweight woven fabric (satin, rayon, charmeuse, printed batiste, silk back crepe)
- Thread to match
- 18″ to 21″ of 3/8″ or 1/2″ wide elastic
- 24 to 28″ of 1 3/8″ wide bias tape (depends on size)
- Hook and eye closure
