Vintage Skirt FREE Tutorial

I love skirts – in the summer with some cute flats and in the winter they look great with boots. This skirt is awesome with its vintage flair and comes to us from Sew Delicious. The possibilities are endless on how to switch up the materials for your contrast and pop of color for the inset pleats. The buttons add that finishing touch.
