How to Make your Off Shoulder Sweatshirt

Off the shoulder shirts are super flattering on everyone. They show off what I think is the most beautiful part of all women, her collar bone. There are so many different types of shirts you can use to make an off shoulder shirt, but what I used was a white sweatshirt that I have had sitting around the house for the last couple months. • Sewing machine
• Sweatshirt * Women’s  Hanes in medium
• Scissors
• Safety pin
• Elastic
• Straight pins
• Chalk
• Ruler
• Needle
• Thread
